Professional mechanic support for your Gravelton weekend. Whether you're flying in with your bike in a travel case or just want peace of mind before the start line, our mechanics keep you race-ready from arrival to departure.

What's included

• Bike build & assembly: Full reassembly of your bike from its travel case or box on arrival — bars, saddle, pedals, wheels, and derailleur set-up.
• Pre-ride safety check & tuning: Gear indexing, brake adjustment, bolt-torque check, and a drivetrain once-over so you roll to the start line dialed in.
• Adjustments: Tyre pressure, saddle height and position, and minor fit tweaks.
• Pack-down & boxing: Careful disassembly and repacking of your bike into its travel case or box for the flight home.

What to bring

Your own bike travel case or box, plus any proprietary or brand-specific parts and tools (e.g. thru-axles, specific torque fittings). Please tell us your bike type when booking.

Not included

Replacement parts and components (tyres, tubes, cables, derailleur hangers, etc.) and major repairs beyond standard tuning and adjustment are not included. Where available, parts can be sourced on-site and are charged separately.

Confirmation deadline: October 10, 2026. Exact service location and build/pack-down drop-off times will be confirmed after booking.
