When and where is Gravelton 2026?
Race day is Sunday 25 October 2026 in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines. Check-in, race kit claim, and bike check happen on Saturday 24 October.

What distances and categories can I race?
Three distances: 120KM (Individual), 80KM (Individual), and 50KM (Partner · 2 Riders) — the 50KM is ridden as a two-rider pair (one entry covers both riders), with your time recorded when the second rider crosses the line.
Categories: Men's Gravel, Men's MTB, Men's E-bike, Women's Gravel/MTB, and Women's E-bike. Full details in the Regulations.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes — no participant below 18 years old may compete in any variant of the race. Age is determined by deducting your birth year from 2026.
What bike and equipment do I need?
Allowed bikes: gravel bikes (highly recommended), cyclocross bikes, mountain bikes, and e-bikes. Minimum tire sizes: 35C for gravel bikes, 2.1 for mountain bikes.
Helmets are mandatory — no helmet, no ride. All bikes pass a bike check at Saturday check-in before receiving a start sticker. See the Regulations for full equipment rules.
What's included in my race entry?
Timed race entry with official results, a fully marshalled and signed route, aid and hydration stations along the course, and your race kit. The 50KM Partner entry covers both riders — two timed entries and two race kits per purchase.
How does registration work after I buy?
After purchase you'll receive a ticket confirmation email. Rider details — name, category, bike, emergency contact, and waiver acceptance — are completed there for each rider (both riders, for 50KM Partner entries).
What is the cancellation / refund policy?
Cancellations (full refund) and transfers of race entries and hospitality bookings are accepted until 23 September 2026, 11:59 PM (Philippine Time) — email gravelton@graveltonph.com before the deadline. After that date, no cancellations or transfers are accepted.
Group experiences with a minimum participant count are fully refunded if the minimum isn't met and the tour is cancelled. See the Terms & Conditions.
How do I get to Clark?
Fly into Clark International Airport (CRK) — the closest gateway to the race. Manila (MNL) is roughly 2–3 hours away by road.
Shared airport shuttles are available for arrivals on 22–24 October and departures on 25–27 October — book by 15 October via Hospitality & Experiences.
