How your booking works
Expedition Labs, Gravelton's official hospitality partner, handles everything
After purchase, you will get an email with your transfer ticket. Please include your flight number and arrival time when prompted — this allows Expedition Labs to track your flight and adjust for any delays.
Your driver will be at the arrivals hall with a name board. If you have any issues on the day, your ticket will include a direct contact number for the Expedition Labs ground team.
Frequently asked questions
My flight is delayed. Will the driver still wait?
Yes. Expedition Labs monitors flight arrivals. As long as you have provided your flight number at the time of booking, your driver will be updated automatically. If your delay is significant, the ground team will be in touch via the contact details on your ticket.
My hotel is in Clark — but I'm not sure if it's inside the Freeport Zone. How do I check?
Most major hotels in the Clark area — including those at Mimosa Leisure Estate and the Clark Business District — are within the Freeport Zone. If you are unsure, email us with your hotel name before booking and we will confirm coverage.
Can I book this for a group travelling together?
Yes — simply purchase the quantity matching your group size. If your group is large and you would prefer a private vehicle, contact us before booking and Expedition Labs will advise on availability and pricing.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations (full refund) and booking transfers are accepted until 23 September 2026, 11:59 PM (Philippine Time). After that date, bookings can no longer be cancelled or transferred. Email gravelton@graveltonph.com before the deadline.
